Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Snapblox ("Service"), operated by ODW Digital Media Solution ("we", "us", "Company"), a business registered in Thailand, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Snapblox is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables businesses to run receipt-style photobooths — capturing guest photos through a web-based booth interface, rendering them onto thermal-printer output, and providing cloud storage for digital downloads.

We provide the software, hosting, storage, and support. You provide the hardware (iPad/tablet, thermal printer, paper) and operate the booth at your venue.

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Roles

The Service supports three role types: Platform Admin (Snapblox operator), Client Owner (business subscribing to plans), and Booth Staff (event operators). Access is scoped by role via Row Level Security.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 20 years old (age of majority in Thailand) and legally capable of entering contracts. Businesses must be duly registered in Thailand or another jurisdiction where use of the Service is lawful.

4. Pricing & Billing

4.1 Free Tier

The Starter plan is free forever, subject to usage limits (1 sub booth, 500 photos/month). We reserve the right to modify free-tier limits with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Paid Plans

Growth and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually in Thai Baht (THB), unless otherwise agreed. Prices are exclusive of VAT (7% will be added for Thai customers).

4.3 Overages

If your photo count exceeds your plan's limit, we automatically charge overage fees (฿99 per additional 500 photos) and notify you by email. You may opt to pause the booth at limit instead — configure this in Settings.

4.4 Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. We accept Thai bank transfer, PromptPay, and credit card. Overdue accounts may be suspended.

4.5 Refunds

Monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans may be refunded pro-rated within 30 days of purchase. Enterprise contracts follow their specific terms.

4.6 Price Changes

We may change pricing with 30 days' advance email notice. Existing annual customers retain their rate until renewal.

5. Content & Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you upload (photos, templates, branding). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

5.2 Our IP

The Service, including software, designs, and trademarks, is our intellectual property. Do not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without written permission.

5.3 SAINT Template Library

The 10 built-in SAINT templates are licensed to you for use within the Service only. You may not extract, distribute, or use them outside the platform.

5.4 Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to capture, store, or distribute:

  • Content depicting minors without parental consent
  • Content violating Thai law (defamation, obscenity, drugs, gambling)
  • Content violating third-party rights (copyright, trademark, publicity)
  • Malware, spam, or fraudulent material

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Enterprise customers receive a Data Processing Agreement upon request.

You are responsible for obtaining valid consent from your guests before capturing their photos. The Service provides consent-capture UI to help — you must not disable it.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Breach these Terms materially
  • Fail to pay for 14 days after invoice due date
  • Violate applicable law
  • Use the Service to harm us, users, or third parties

You may terminate anytime by canceling your subscription. Upon termination, we retain your data for 30 days (in case you reactivate), then permanently delete it. You may request earlier deletion by contacting odwnow@gmail.com.

8. Warranties & Liability

8.1 As-Is Service

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8.2 Uptime

We target 99% monthly uptime for paid plans. Enterprise plans have contractual SLAs with service credits.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (e.g., lost profits, lost data, business interruption).

8.4 Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers (Netlify, Supabase, etc.) to deliver the Service. We are not responsible for their outages or data handling beyond what our agreements with them cover.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to registered accounts at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
